Optec Lepus 0.62x Reducer for Celestron Edge 925 - SALE!

The Optec Lepus 0.62X telecompressor lens has been designed especially for use with the Celestron EdgeHD 925 OTA. A 3.25" Large SCT Celestron collar screws directly on to the rear cell thread of the EdgeHD 925 telescope.

When used with the Lepus the Edge 925 becomes an F6.4 telescope with a reduced focal length equal to 1457mm

Optically the Lepus is a 4 element design which offers a corrected field of up to 28mm. The Edge 925 version has a specific back focus of 96mm. Please see the back focus information HERE for details.

The rear of the Lepus features an Optec 2100 style dovetail receiver. For simplicity we provide an Optec VLC variable adapter with T Threads. This is adjustable between 25-42mm. This, in combination with standard T Thread extensions, allows you to adjust the distance from a specific camera to the Lepus easily.
